Annual General Meeting of the Gateshead District Scout Council including:
- Presentation of the 2023 Annual Report and Accounts
- Adoption of the updated District Constitution
- Approval of District Office Holders (Chair and Treasurer)
- Approval / Election of Trustees
The formal business of the evening will be followed by a buffet and drinks.
